Constantly Crashes
This app constantly crashes when I try to create mixes. Just exhausting.
Power Music-Lucy
I have wanted to add this app for years! As a seasoned fitness instructor and trainer, I was a faithful purchaser of the power mix CDs. My collection is incredible. From low impact and hi impact, step, slide, group fitness, Tabata, Pilates and so on!!!! As a new app member, this has changed me teaching abilities because they music is enjoyable and continuous and my class is LOVING the music…thank you for your professionalism. I would tell anyone in the fitness business to get the app immediately. It does NOT disappoint! Love it…five stars for sure!!!!

Not happy
I have contacted Power Music twice about not being able to access the app that I am paying for. This is the music I use for my work.

Good song selection, not that reliable
I have used this app for over a year. Overall it’s great for exercise instructors or those who work out regularly who want a variety of music. However, there are bugs and those make the app unreliable at times. I ended up getting another app as backup.
I have reached out to the company letting them know, and the bugs on both the app and the website have not been addressed. Sometimes songs do not load on the app, meaning the entire playlist will not load, let alone play. I do like that they have a desktop option for making playlists, but their website is even more buggy. I wish they would take feedback more seriously. However, given the variety, usability, and option for building playlists with a computer I tolerate it (for the most part).

Terrible app
Absolutely awful app, been having to use it for business for several years and still no end of problems, slow response times, crashes halfway through creating a playlist and loose everything so have to start again from scratch every time, freezes regularly, despite updates it’s not improved… please fix reliability and crashing!!!

Great When It Works
Doesn’t seem to be recent comments (perhaps I’m mistaken), so I thought I’d write one.
Pros:
-great selection of music
-nice to use ClickMix to make a custom playlist
-convenient to be able to adjust BPM
Cons:
-takes a long time to finalize
-Doesn’t always finalize (playlists are just left there)
-Loads the playlist in the player but keeps reverting to the previous playlist
-takes a long time for playlists to load to be able to download, and that takes a long time
A lot of kinks to iron out but if you plan ahead it’s workable.
Suggestions to PowerMusic:
-allow people to name their device as opposed to a generic device name (iPhone) gets confusing if you use 2 devices.
-better customer service. Took over a month of multiple calls to fix the issues (error with account on their end).

Needs to be more intuitive- hire a UX designer
Why can’t I edit a mix? Add/ remove songs to it?
Why can’t I browse albums, songs, or whatever and add them as I find them? Why do I have to go to specifically go to create a mix and then browse?
Do you (the app creators/company) use the app? I bet you don’t. Go use tidal and check out how easy it is to make/edit playlists no matter where the user is on the journey in the app. PLEASE!

Great Music for Fitness Instructing
Hello! I teach a variety of different classes as a Fitness Instructor and Power Music Now has been such a great tool. Since the songs have the ability to alter the bpm and to be able to create smoothness transitions between tracks has made developing class plans a breeze! Thanks for taking the guess work out of making playlists! 💪🏻🎶

I love this app and music
The ap is so easy to use, you can make edits quickly. Additionally, the selection and quality of the music excellent. I can always count on them to have versions of the latest tracks..
