App Crashes
This app is unusable. It crashes all the time when ordering service and needs to be reviewed by coders. It’s absolutely terrible. Feels like it was made 10 years ago and never looked at again. Basic functions of a taxi app barely function
What can I say, absolutely horrible experience. I tried to call a car for almost 30 min, got assigned a car, could not tell if the car was moving or not or where the driver was, but app keeps telling me driving is coming in 2 min. Unable to contact driver. Then I receive a link over SMS to track the driver, cannot track him as I don’t see the car on the app!! I call support, I receive a response and was told to wait, then the call gets disconnected. I call support again, get assigned a new car, I watch the car drive past me- but I am unable to contact my driver!Show lessCris.115
New app is awful
Terrible new app. Payments don’t work, whole workflow takes much longer than the old one. No longer an active user or the service due to this terrible appChris1228
Driver never showed up
I waited 30 min for the driver to show up and never came. I had to take the train because I was in a hurry. I additionally booked 30 minutes in advance.R7cl6k
Poor interface, clunky

Webtaxi is improving over time, and despite the price of taxis in general in this country - it works.don a user

Worked extremely well in Luxemburg. Really a life saver. Very easy to use, the taxis were fast, and a good price. Highly recommended.Ragnarath
Awful app but only option
This app is horrific but unfortunately there is no alternative. It includes many options that simply cannot be used. For example, cancelling a trip is available, you can pick an option but cannot confirm the cancelation. You have an option for changing payment method but adding credit card does not work. You have option for selecting car but that also doesn't work. It allows for adding flight number when getting picked up from airport but you still have to set time and I've made this mistake before (i.e setting a flight that arrives in the evening but forgot to change time from ASAP) and thus taxi comes anyways asap regardless of flight. The app needs to be simplified and made much more easier to use. But given there's no alternative I guess not much will change.Show lessiLuke85
