便通があった時にタップするだけなので、手軽でいいです。カレンダービューにするとどんな頻度で便通があったか一目でわかるし、便利です。ただ、私は毎日お通じがあるタイプの人間ではないので、2、3日に一回タップするとキャラの泣き顔が見えて「ああやっぱりそんなに例外的なのか」と思ってしまうので星4つで。キャラのお顔が変えられるのは知っているのですが、カレンダーにつけたリズムを元にしてにっこり顔、心配顔、泣き顔、と出てくれたらもっと安心できると思います。
