There’s no way to cancel
We tried to use it with the few days we had left on the trial, but the app keeps crashing. We had to delete it and reinstall it more than once to get it working.
I decided I did not want to continue the trial, because all my kid wanted to do was watch the videos. However, I could not find any way to cancel because the app is continually crashing. I emailed them three days ago and still no response. In the meantime I find that my card has been charged $40. $40 for an app I do not want and can’t even use if I did want to. I am very angry about this.
Btw, I see that many of the five-star reviews were posted on June 16 or thereabouts. Are those real reviews or were they paid??
To the developers: thanks for your response. But you have not addressed my problem. I still have not received any response about cancelling. Are you going to keep charging me $40 every few months, whether I like it or not? What kind of business are you running? I want a refund of the $40 you charged to my card, and assurance that you will not continue to charge me for something I do not want and can’t even use.

Update: we have now included a link to manage your subscription directly from the app. Now even our users who are not too familiar with the way App Store subscription management works can upgrade, downgrade or cancel their subscription or trial with a tap of a button! Hello! Here is just a small follow up on your issue. As it was probably mentioned in our reply to your email with the issue the free trial starts immediately when you purchase a subscription. The thing is that some subscription plans do not have free trial. Usually it is mentionned in the subscription conditions. We have already fixed the majority of reasons why the app crashes. Sometimes it appears due to incompatibility with some devices. By now, we have hired more professional staff to our Customer Support Team and we do our best to answer customers asap when the problem appears. If you are charged by mistake you can always contact us via info@kidsacademy.mobi and we will do our best to provide you with a refund. If your problerm is solved, we will greatly appreciate if you change your rate to 5 stars. Please, email us with your nickname and we will provide you with a small gift if you still use our app.

Update: My daughter is more interested in doing her homework and learning with this app then any other one we have downloaded. She loves doing the worksheets and going through all the segments. Thank you!
