App crashes when trying to open
I updated the app to the latest version, and my iOS is also fully updated. However, the app continually crashes when I try to launch it. Sad because I’ve enjoyed the app up to this point. I hope they fix this issue!
Better but still needs work
Scrolling is clumsy, where you can’t stop where you want. It takes you either up or down on the page, to predetermined stopping points.
Page does not refresh when prompted. Also doesn’t refresh consistently even if you haven’t been on it in awhile.
Reporters submit articles that omit important facts about the game, and too often actually get some facts wrong.
Also impossible to get back to the app Home page after viewing game stats in an article link. And since the app doesn’t refresh well when prompted, I actually have to shut down my phone and restart it to sever the connection, re-establish the connection, to get back to the Home Screen. I also occasionally do this just to refresh the screen so I can read new articles.

Not happy with updates
I am not liking that the sports I follow are buried on a more page. Also, when trying to listen to the action, clicking the button appears is actually to close the app. Seriously, this is a huge disappointment. IT is failing miserably on this one.
App doesn't even work
I've had this app for years and now when you click on it, it doesn't even pop-up. After deleting and reinstalling the app several times, it still doesn't work.
Update requires sign in every time
Please change the default, so it is not required to resign in at every use.
New update broken
Thank goodness I can still log in on the web to access my tickets, because the newest update causes the app to fail to load. I’ve deleted and reinstalled a couple times, and restarted my phone a couple times, no luck.

Can’t open the app
I can’t open the app. It crashes every time. I’ve tried restarting my phone, uninstalling the app several times, but I can’t open the app and keeps crashing.

When navigating your account, you constantly get prompted to sign in again and again after you’ve already signed in. It even prompts you to sign in, WHILE on the screen it has an option for you to sign out.
If I can sign out, then I’m already signed in! If you recognize that I’m signed in, why are you making me sign in again? Ugh! So frustrating and confusing!
Are there different levels of security to my account, and how many times must I sign in before I finally reach the ‘Top Secret’ level of my own account?
It’s very cumbersome and extremely annoying. It makes me not want to ever use this app.
If I’ve signed in once, I’M SIGNED IN. STOP MAKING ME SIGN IN AGAIN AND AGAIN.
