The experience is not really users friendly to enter time sheets.
Simple to use
Have been using DATABASICS for years. Simple to use, nice user interface and their ongoing improvements keep making the product better!
Best Time and Expense App Out There
So easy to use, no problems. Quick customer service. Best time and expense app you can use.
Not reliable
I have used this for work, forced to, for years and EVERY SINGLE TIME it shorts you on the mileage tracking. I follow the Google Maps route it requires and it shorts you on the mileage it tracks as opposed to the mileage the vehicle odometer records. I have had my odometer checked and it is correct. The method this software uses does not appear to be.

Worst App on My Phone
I’d previously written a review last year and now it has been removed. I’d simply stated that it was the worst app on my phone, and it still is. The people at DATABASICS reached out to me for me to suggest what they could improve. I made some suggestions and bumped them up to two stars. They never contacted me back and it remains as it was. Someone else in the reviews said that there was probably a chasm between developer and user, and the more I think about it, I think that is true. It is not intuitive and it’s cumbersome.

Very fast and intuitive
I love using the Databasics app. It is quick to log into, intuitive and easy to save all of the data.
It would be nice to be able to see all lines simultaneously however it’s still a very good and very functional app that I will continue to use.

Convenient and easy to use
I love the flexibility of the DATABASICS App, and the new 7.6 Version is very fast! As the Timekeeping Manager, I use DB on a daily basis, and the app makes timesheet approvals so convenient. It is easy to view the Timesheet Report and Leave Balances. I recommend the app to all of our team members who travel frequently.

Great for timesheets, prefer computer version for expenses
Easy to post timesheets and also approve. For expense reports, I prefer the desktop version (but that’s as much user comfort as the app itself).

Great company
The app allows me to add receipts from photos throughout my trip. I can also use it for approving timesheets when on the road.

Significantly improved user experience
I’ve been using the iOS version of DATABASICS on both iPhone and iPad for two years. When I started using a Bluetooth wireless mouse on iPadOS, I requested support due to limited functionality of the mouse interface. DATABASICS Customer Support responded quickly and informed me of their progress to fix the mouse interface issue until an update was made. Really appreciate this product for the convenience it offers — keeping me productive while on the road!
