App is useless
1. Can’t perform actions in the app such as topping up, purchasing data abroad, etc. It opens the Nova site. Sign in Oct and over and over just to get to a new page
The app just there for discounts and the “perky” (obnoxious) yellow landing screen.
2. Worst customer support ever. A support agent just sends you in a loop with canned answers from the help center which anyone can go to any time (I did, answer was still useless which is why I contacted “support”!). Customer support is not helpful AT ALL.
3. The site is absolutely confusing. It used to be easy but it seems like a product manager or marketing or someone made it intentionally difficult/not straight forward and simple. This isn’t an upgrade, it’s a hellscape.
4. I authorized one amount and have the screenshot to prove it. I received an SMS for double the amount and was told I still had no data to use abroad (whaaaat!???). Instead of reversing the charge to my card customer “support” told me they needed my bank info to refund me. SERIOUSLY!?!?
What’s become of Nova???? I’ve used this carrier for 10 years and now I have to change carriers. None of this is ok.
