Terrible App
This app is totally un-integrated with the BLS website. It prevents pastes for stored passwords. Like the website, it is clunky and not easy to use.urbanastro
Apparently useless
I've used BLS many times like the service. However, this app appears to be unusable. I was unable to open an account, I was unable to enter a drop off location other than my home. Not ready for prime time. Get with it, BLS!StudioCity
A++ App
Time is money and this app says just that. Quick and easy booking process. No more calling to ask for driver status. Now, it's at my fingertips. I am the kind of person in and out of meetings all day with no time to waste. I thought the on location text message feature was awesome but this is the technology I'm talking about. Love this app and limo service. The best feature is the "locate my driver" but,I still might call in to speak with some of my favorite agents. 👍Limoluva
Great App!!!
Great idea! I travel alot and this app makes booking my car reservations so much easier. Its really user friendly and saves me so much time. The locate my driver feature on the app lets me know exactly where my driver is at all times. Love this app!!!!Thisguy20
The worst service!!!!!
Dealing with the staff in their office is just the start of the problems with this company! I can't understand any of them & they have NO customer service. The amount of times I have used them I have always had to wait for their drivers who then complain to me the whole way on my journey that they have not been paid. How nice.Show lessClockin87
