What a fall from grace
Your app has gone from being the very best football app in the App Store with constant live updates information about various leagues to now I’ll be coming of no use at all because there are no updates and it seems to be no maintenance of this app. It’s such a disappointment to to go from the best app on my phone to the worst in the space of six months.

What’s happened
I’ve had this app & their rugby union live app for a few years now & have been singing their praise all that time. But just recently they both have been very slow to update results & tables etc. So sad & disappointing.
Is anyone still working here
This app was so good. It was always my go to for football scores and highlights.
A month ago it started running into problems with iO16. I thought an update would have this sorted and it would be working again. However still no update. Is anyone interested in fixing this? I don’t think so. I have downloaded a different app and will use that. Bye 👋

What’s happened to the app?!
Used to be my #1 sports app that I’d use on the daily. Now nothing seems to be working properly…
App Needs To Be Fixed ASAP
This used to be a great app but now it just doesn't have live action, doesn't show who scored the goals or even any live stats at all, the ladder update like 2-3 days later, but if they fix all this then it's the best football app in my opinion, used to be easy to navigate through different leagues and stats.

WTH has happened to EPL?
This app used to be great! Now, there is no data on the games. No action, field info, stats or player records. On the table, only the Brief has scores. All other pages are blank…no data for home/away games, next 5, etc.
and…I absolutely can not stand the table update that happens as the games are still being played. They are never accurate because of the delay. Just leave the damn scores alone until the matches end and then update the table.

Worse and worse
Every year this app gets worse and worse. Results and highlights take so long to be displayed. Very few video highlights. Now this year, there’s a “data outage” that doesn’t reflect scores properly. What a shame for this app that can provide so much better information. I can’t wait for a better substitute!

Bug fix required
Bug needs to be fixed when you open the app, go into the match day, on the Home Screen shows the score but when you click on the particular match, in the scores tab does not show you the score or the goal scorers. I think it used to show those details in the past.
What’s gone wrong
I’ve been with this app for years, but this year it’s awful. Updates are slow, championship is missing as an option. Scores are delayed. Please can you sort an update
From great to garbage
This app has become awful over the past three years, which is a shame, because it used to be great.
The architecture is still there, for the most part—easy-to-navigate tables and love game info. But the functionality is gone. “Live” game info comes in hours later, defeating the purpose; tables aren’t updated; news articles are far too infrequent to really matter. (The news feed sometimes won’t update for days.)
And the whole experience is hobbled by clunky full-screen ad takeovers that you can’t click out of. (The “x” in the top corner of the screen rarely works.) Only option is to force quit the app and restart it.
I’m deleting. The only reason I haven’t already is because I remember how good this app used to be. Clearly someone smart built it and nurtured it for a while. But clearly their budget has been slashed and this app is being kept alive so the owners can squeeze out a few more ad dollars before letting it die.
