Always broken
The app is broken half the time, the other half is some external issue with the coffee machine.
Bluetooth is horrible
It’s a great machine, but the Bluetooth app constantly crashes.
Touchless coffee!
Love the machine! The app is really easy to use and navigate. I love that I can create and save my own coffee specialities. Voice control also works really well and is so convenient as I don’t even need to unlock my iPhone to make a coffee.
Really intuitive and simple app
Both the iPhone and Apple Watch apps are really simple to use, it makes ordering a coffee easier and more hygienic as I don’t need to touch the shared iPad
Waste of time and space
Doesn’t work for Apple Watch, the support is so poor and response time to questions even worse.
The machine makes decent coffee but then the machines cost £9k so they should really.
The app is all style over substance. You’ll delete it anyway so just save your time now and move on.
Standard - ‘one star because zero isn’t an option’

Intuitive user interface with elegant beverage system
Complex automated coffee beverage machines can be daunting with multiple options for coffee strength , latte, cappuccino, cocoa and water. App presents them in an easy to understand way so the least technologically savvy user with the most particular tastes can easily get what they want.
AWSOME
This app works great and the coffee is amazing. Lots of fine running available to make the perfect cup of joe. To the other reviewer, you need the machine to make this work...
Sounds good, awful in practice
We have a brand new TopBrewer machine in the lobby of our office. The coffee it makes is great, but the user interface is awful if you are relying on people to use their own devices.
1. Bluetooth connectivity seems very slow and unreliable - I’ve just spent 5 minutes trying to get my iPhone to connect to the machine with no success.
2. It can only connect to one bluetooth device at a time. This means that if there is a queue of people at the machine, the first person to open the app will block everyone else. Even worse, if they leave the app open after they get their coffee (and stay in bluetooth range), the machine is blocked for everyone else.
3. The app seems to need internet access, unfortunately there is almost no phone signal in our lobby. I don’t understand why it needs internet access.
4. It’s terrible for visitors - we can’t really expect them to download and configure an app just to get coffee.
5. If you forget your phone or run out of juice, then you’re not getting any coffee.
This whole idea is definitely form over function - glorious marketing, poorly thought through.

Where can I buy this machine?
Just started foaming at the mouth when I saw the video of the TopBrewer online and wanted to check out the app functionality. Seems legit... Now where can I buy this machine in Australia?
AWESOME-if it existed
An app for a device which doesn't exist. Amazing. I think these guys are a scam trying to get VC money for something that's never going to exist. Pretty pictures, excellent ideas…no delivery. SCAM.
