Daubing sound and Caller sound not working.
I absolutely love this game. It was the first bingo I tried and fell in love with and for the most part hold all other bingos up to the quality of this game. How ever today I was playing earlier in the morning and everything was working right then about a few hours later I went in to play a little and the daubing sounds when you daub a called number and the callers sound are not working. Even the sounds to move between cards and the sounds of the boosters leveling up as I daub are working. I've tried going into settings and unclicking sound effects and then reclicking (usually works when the sounds stop working once the round starts) about 10+ times and it's not working. It would be really awesome if you can pretty please fix this asap it's really hard to play without either of those sounds. Please and thank you. 🙏🏻😊

Lost tickets
This game has become very frustrating! If you haven't played in a few hours, they remind you that you have missed a winning game. When you log on and go to a game, it knocks you out causing the loss of tickets and bonuses. This is especially frustrating when you are trying to win gems and solving puzzles in a limited time. I no longer enjoy spending time playing various games offered when I am losing my tickets for the day. Please correct this problem!

I see I am not the only one that has a problem with crashing all the time. If you know there is a problem, what is your problem with FIXING THE PROBLEM?????? TOO many problems for you. Just keep sending out the standard answer that it our problem on this end, not yours!!!!!

One of the better bingo games
App keeps crashing.
It is now Aug 2017. I've updated app and still the problem of your game crashing continues. I have no choice but to move on to a game that actually works! I've lost way too many tickets on this app!!! I don't understand how you continue. I can't possibly be the only one that is having this problem!
I used to play this game daily, but even after continual updates I can't finish a game without getting kicked out! I've lost lots of tickets attempting to play what used to be my favorite game. And each time I try to play I get kicked out and it keeps my tickets etc. At least Bingo Bash returns whatever you lost when once in a long while their game hits a glitch and you get kicked out.
Downloaded an update today Feb 9, that was supposed to include bug fixes. I tried to get on five times, and was kicked off five times! Is there anyone that knows how to fix this problem? I also lost game pieces.

The last update helped me get my coins for watching ads. And I'm not having problems getting on now. Still think it is the best bingo game available.

the clue games and the 30 bingo's for 60 gems.
Fun and relaxing. Retired so I do a little housework then play bingo, housework, bingo. Makes the day enjoyable.
I love the blinking green boxes. My old eyes are slow and the boxes help so much. Thank you. Only complaint is the last number called is usually a bingo and I can't tap it.

More improvement
I have been playing bingo for over 5 years but it needs more improving, you should give more tickets and gems and more gifts to people that play it often.
At time the game just crashes and my tickets go to waste and you should more more games that win you more gems and tickets
