Too many ads and bugs
The sound has been messing up lately. On some games the sound is completely silent and I can’t here or keep up with the numbers being call out. The background bingo music is playing all the time and is way too loud at times. I miss hearing the music of each room. Please fix this problem because I don’t want to continue to exit the game and lose the tickets used for the game. This game used to be my favorite but now I tend to avoid playing.

Fun
This game is pretty addictive & ive been playing it for years BUT I’m getting kind of tired of it because the amount of coins that you win isn’t anywhere near balanced to the amount of keys that you have to have to open the chests. The keys cost so much & even if you have multiple bingos you will win like 200 coins & then at the end of the game it will ask for 11 keys. It’s just not as fun anymore.

Need to monitor
Your system is constantly having inaccessible video, it doesn’t award bingos as it should. You could credit the bingo if it’s earned. And finally you have a real problem with your advertisers. They are all Asian cons. I have fallen victim to the golf game and they just send you the ball, the robot vacuum cleaner that sweeps and mops and doc station and they sent miniature toy robot vacuum that doesn’t do anything. Also purchased foldout bed in a cabinet and received nothing at all. Check one of your lates5 ads that claims it’s selling Walmart close out handicap motorized chairs. I checked it out and just as I learned from the other scams the6 consistory change there webpage so you can’t contact or track them. Your players trust you so you need to checkout these advertisers before you post their ads. I certainly could use the $200+ I lost.

Loosen your purse strings
I really enjoy this bingo but I get very frustrated. You make it very difficult to complete challenges. The wins become less and less often the closer you get to the goal. With the time element it forces you to spend money to buy gems. Love the graphics but some of the bingo cards backgrounds make it very difficult to see the numbers. Some of the other sites I’ve started using gives you the extra playing coins/tickets every 4-6 hours but yours requires like 20 hours. So unfortunately I’ll be playing yours much less now.

Good simple bingo
I enjoy playing bingo, but most apps charge. So does this one, but they also give you plenty of way to earn free tokens and you get the same daily allowance of free ones regardless of how many you’ve got left from the day before, so that’s a brilliant way to build up your tokens.

Shame about this game..it could be good but keeps throwing me out and I lose tickets..also it can run very slow at times even though I have great broadband connection..if all thes glitches were fixed it could be good...plus pop up videos between every couple of games of bingo drive me mental🤬🤬
