Not User friendly
I just subscribed to the magazine with digital version . Down loaded the app and it crashes all the time. Not able to view anything. Blank page and error messages something went wrong. Hope they fix the problem soon. Does not seem to be a new issue and poor review for the app as wellRagam
Do not subscribe to magazines that use this app
The issue is not only the time you will waste trying to get this unreliable app to work; but potentially the money you will waste subscribing to third party content that you then cannot download. It’s a mystery how an app can be so woeful on operating software that has been around for years; but I recommended you leave well alone.Show lessGeeePee
Simply doesn’t work!
I’m stuck in an ever ending loop of reopening the document in my web browser, tapping the “view” button then opening the App Store even though I have already downloaded the app!! Totally useless and a complete waste of time! Why can’t you just download documents from the app??Echline
Utter dog excrement
Adventure bike rider insists on using this, and the app is utter dog excrement. Is it even supported anymore?
Can’t open any magazines and paid a subscription fee. Will be getting money back.Mr Snowdon

Worked ok at first, now will not download magazines from my subscription. Cannot recommend this app.steve5757
Use in Safari
This app uses a menu that only seems to work in Safari on my iPad. It’s located top middle of the browser just under the address bar. Click download then open the magazine in the app. Stumbled on it by accident, terrible support and app otherwise.Searchpartyone
How useless is it.
Waste of time. It doesn’t actually do anything. I initially downloaded it and it wouldn’t work so I left it for a few weeks to see if the developers would bother to fix it, still nothing.Speedybanker

App Does Not Work
There is something that is preventing the app from downloading the book. Not only is the integration funky but it does not work no matter how many different permutations you try. It is extremely frustrating.wleong
