This app is starting to have problems!
I’m getting tired of not being able to check my account. It keeps asking me to validate my information.. Yet most days it’s fine. Poor app handling so far.heydggsvevstzbssb
Accessibility for the blind
This is a very useful app to help me check my bank balance. As someone who is legally blind, I want to thank you for making the app accessible with voiceover. It is very easy to navigate the app and hear my bank finances. My only suggestion is to make depositing a check more accessible. My suggestion is to implement a vibration feature that tells someone who is blind that the check needs to be centered. This will help the individual by telling them to adjust the check in the camera view. When the check is centered, the vibration could stop, which would tell the individual to take the picture for a mobile deposit. Just some suggestions I have. I have to delete this app often and reinstall. I keep getting that I have no internet but the 12 other apps including google yahoo etc all work. It is getting frustrating.maureen r
Annoying App
When it works, it’s great! But at least once a month I have to contact the bank to have them reset it because it comes up cannot validate information...I use this app on a daily basis so it is beyond frustrating when it comes up. My password has been the same so I know my password and after they reset it, the next day I can log back in without a problem. Just annoyed with this appShow lessJasonk422
Love this!
It takes me just seconds to glance st my accounts, and a minute or two to balance all of the accounts. I love mobile deposits and the ability to transfer funds easily.tmcrpw99
Great, but missing a few key features...
The app works great, the layout is nice, but there are a few things KSB should look into to stay with the current mobile atmosphere. 1.) Fingerprint Login, 2.) allow option to pay principle payment on transfer to mortgage like the website allows on a pc, and 2.) Debit Card Lock feature. Please look into these 3 improvements KSB! Mobile users are usually young and want technological features. This will improve your client base! This is why it's a 4 star instead of 5 star!Show lessac17a7
Needs improvement
The app functions well and I like that you have mobile deposit. But it needs a little more. Having access to balances with transactions and pending transactions would be a great improvement.Andreajean11
