Brilliant app, simple explanation of how to do each exercise for every muscle group. For those that go the gym regular then you will know most if them, I go the gym all the time and their was a good few I didn't knowLimit in free version is not obvious. Also constantly asking for a review made me want to delete it!

A good range of exercises. I find it useful. The pictures look like they've been collected from a variety of sources, different styles, some coloured, some black and white. But then it's free, so that's fair enough.Very simple, yet very good
This app is sooted for people who enjoy to work out, and are still confused on how to work muscles. The app enables people to have a simple walk through of exercise to exercise, and how to really work sets of muscles, making it very affective in the gym!
