Updated version of this makes things go from bad to worse! They seriously need to hire real pros! Kept updating junk on aesthetics and then messed something else. Can’t use it to make payment for PLN anymore either. Keep getting error message. This app belongs in the trash. Should have done trial run in their own first before releasing this. SMH

Konfirmasi aktivasi Layanan Finansial
Ditelfon dua kali sama BCA untuk konfirmasi, lalu tidak ada info kelanjutannya gimana cuma suruh nunggu dan tiba-tiba ketika di follow up suruh revisi nama, cuma kurang tanda petik. Tidak diinfo ketika ditelfon, di email juga engga. Padahal itu tanda petik juga ga ada di paspor, dan nama di ktp tidak selengkap nama di paspor. Lampirin KTP tapi penulisan namanya tidak sesuai dengan data diri yang dilampirkan, Aneh. Setelah nunggu berhari-hari tapi pelayanannya ga jelas gini.

They still use outdated UI/UX, no two factor Authenticator system. When you download the app you have to GO TO THE BANK take a long queue number and ask for the rep to set up the app on your new phone. Is it the 90s or what? Theyre 30 years behind other banks’ apps
