No user profile, timeline navigation not smooth, and more
I recently purchased this cams and got installed in my property, I see below issues and expecting a issue resolution in future releases.
1. User profile creation and setting own profile for cam ownership is not easy. We have to go through instaID and create a password. No email association for the insta account for notifications etc .
2. There is timeline navigation feature in not friendly, it does allow to choose 72 hrs window. Which doesn’t validates based one of the selected time. Suppose you choose start time the end time offset should be computed based on input value placed on start time or end time. Currently it validates after you place both values and happy path if you enter on valid time. This is not smooth at all.
3.After you select your time window the buffer is not smooth while transverse through the time window. It sometimes goes back to the same point where it was initially there like the drag is not working properly. This could be more interactive and user friendly. Which is what I want to do like go back and see what’s happened.
Overall app experience is not great I see these can be fixed and looking forward to it.Show lessHem@bond

IOS App performance is worst compared to Android App
IOS App performance is worst compared to Android App. To view the cameras and play with functions most of the times I have to do restart my iPhone. I do have Android phone where i never see an issue with app.HareeshGopu

As I am trying to connect the cp plus dvr at my home in india from USA. It says the iPhone device needs to be initialized. What is this error. As it works perfectly fine for all the phones apart from iPhone.Malik Moosa

This app stops working after upgrading to iOS10.
Developers needs to work on this app to fix the compatibility issue with ios10.
