The intro always makes me laugh but once I get past that, I'm sleeping within the next 5-10 minutes. Love this app!Julzofdenial

I have been using this app for several months and I love it. I have a hard time getting my mind to stop long enough to fall asleep and never stay asleep all night long but this app re-focus' my thoughts and allows me to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep all night. Great series.
I like all the apps I use in this series. My only complaint is the time it takes to set them up and figure out how to activate the freebies since I can't afford to buy them right now.
I wish any and all of the guided meditation and hypnosis apps had a functions hat would let you set a number of times it loops. Often I am asleep before the first one ends but if I'm not, it's disturbing to have manually start it again.Show lessManbird experiment
This really works.
I started doing meditation in January 2014 but found that my mind isn't able to be "quiet." So a guided meditation app is what I was looking for and this one is really, really good. His voice is soft and soothing and the yoga music background is perfect. I can't believe it but I fall asleep every single time. Love this app. I hope they expand it to other guided meditations.Show lessJacky Monty
