Terrible; using the website is far better
After wrestling with the clunky interface, I found that the training course I was trying to open wouldn’t even run… just a blank screen. I was hoping this would be more convenient than going to the website every time, but that’s clearly not the case.Über.geek
Nice idea....but too many problems
I discovered this and love the option for mobile access. I am running on a iPad running latest IOS. Videos from our corporate training don’t play....screen flashes. Other issues making sure the credit is captured. Please fix as I’d love to use thislongtimetivoowner

I have an iPhone 8 and can’t even open the app. Can’t get past the URL code no matter what I’ve tried.Rachelrada
Great resource
This app is fantastic, not only can I complete all my mandatory training I can build my portfolio with additional learning of my choice. So much resource for mental health and support 😊cazz2001
Difficult to navigate
Extremely frustrating to use. To register for a routine course that could simply be a selection from a menu I must navigate through 9 steps. Several of these steps are not intuitive, seem pointless and use terms that are similar but have different meanings. The only way to do it is to write down the steps on paper before you start. In addition, if you exit “the wrong way” the system disregards all of the work done so far and you must start again.Show lessWould avoid it
Pointless
I wouldn’t bother with this app, I downloaded it to do some training for work and it says device incompatible. The courses I need are there, I just can’t do them from my phone. What is the point in having the app compatible if the courses are not? Rubbish. Deleted.debbielee2805

Doesn’t work half the time
When I finish a lesson sometimes I can’t even move on to the next tab or section. For any open ended knowledge checks I can’t even type in them. Extremely frustratingMystery😀
Buggy app
I will be in the middle of training and the app quits - meaning I have to log in and take the entire course over to get credit. I’m using an iPhone 8 with the latest updates. Please fix, it’s a great thing to be able to learn on the go but it has to at least keep track of where you are.QTMAI
Time consuming
Needs better organization. I have to flip all over the place to complete courses, update and find material. Not ideal in the least.Helen FitPro
