Happy subscriber again.
After a few exchanges with customer service, I'm able to download issues again on the newest version and more importantly, read one of my favorite magazines.
Bad Update - again
Update - no action whatsoever on fixing the disappearing subscriber issue. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. MAJOR RIP OFF. Seems every time this app gets updated I go through a two month struggle to get my subscription straightened out. Time to end that stream of wasted money. Or better yet, request a refund from iTunes for a fraudulent app. I paid for issues that it keeps asking me to pay for again. Seems like fraud to me.

Great Magazine, Atrociously Bad App
Revision of a previous review here. After three days of attempting to get a readable version of the magazine, I was finally successful. It is a great looking app when working correctly, but frustrating that I had to have so much trouble with it first. My 5 stars today average with my single star previously to give a rating of 3, which I feel the unreliable downloads and frustration justify.

What happened?
This magazine was looking very promising with great content but they screwed it all up. The iPad interface is terrible and hard to use. There are no ads but the "reviews" are a few paragraphs and are more like ads. Maybe they are. Simply not worth paying for.
I love the narrative
So good. Not laden with crappy looking ads. Just pure awesome content
Great Design
Fantastic digital magazine. Love how it is formatted specifically for Newsstand. It is very nice to browse through. Good work. This is how magazines should be like on Newsstand, not just ports of print versions. Great articles too. I've only bought some single issues, this may be the first magazine I subscribe to on newsstand...

Great magazine
Great cycling magazine with the right mix of equipment, interviews , practical tips and actual cycling.
A great read.
A great read.
Great magazine
This is fantastic, a massive improvement over the previous app. A joy to read on both my iPhone and iPad. I wasn't sure about the layout at first but after reading on my phone it makes complete sense. The text is clear enough to read with ease and the photos look great. The only niggling thing about this would be the lack of page sync, but this is not a massive issue. While the photos look amazing on the iPad, the captions can be a little obscuring on the iPhone; if it was me I would have the captions along the bottom of the screen instead of the bottom of the photo. Overall though I'm really impressed and this is by far the best magazine I've read on my iDevices. Fully optimised for the digital experience means no more zooming in on pages.

Cyclist
The best and one of the most informative bicycle magazines being published.
Terrible Service
Excellent mag in print. Subscribed and paid for digital version and doesn't download. One of the worst support services I've experienced for a new mag.
