Can’t ever get on the app. All you get is a blank screen. Why don’t somebody fix it been like this for a very long timehm8o
Terrible website and app!
The website and app need completely redone! Especially the Social Club (Players Club), when you book a hotel room there is no way to go in and make changes to your reservation, you are forced to call their customer support to make changes and some of them are shady! Today I was asked to verify my account with my birthdate, I refused, she then said I need to verify with my birthdate OR my drivers license number! I asked why that information would be in my file in the first place and why would customer service phone person have access to that personal information!?!
I tried to find on the website or app a way to report this to management or someone but the only phone number available leads me right back to those same customer support people.
Just beware when using their app or website!

Poor app
This app was useful for the first couple days of having it, now it doesn’t do anything at all. Very poor. Definitely needs updated or something. If it continued to work it would be very useful and helpful and would save some time from having to go to the kiosk to check things.sldjfhcbruf

The hotel vs app
The hotel is wonderful. The restaurant offers a nice selection.

Personnel
I must say my husband and I were there yesterday and he won a jackpot and had to call for an attendant. She came over and was the most unfriendly person to him and asked for his social security card which he not I carry with us. We have won at other casinos and been always greeted by friendly people and never had to show a social security card. It was not a pleasant experience and not sure we will go backShow lessfn?

Can never get on app ! Always says offline !! Have to go to Niagria or buffalo apps to check my promos . Getting to be a big pain . Been like this for 3 or more months ! Now I can’t even get info for Allegany on any of the apps ! Keeps saying no info available ! Could you please fix the app !!Sharri461
