While this app and back end service has been quite good. Everytime if we place an order for a medicine which requires doctors consultation, we expect at least 3 calls from different teams inside Tata1mg all stating the same information that we are processing your order and Doctor consultation has been booked. Can this be reduced to a single call just to make our experience and time more optimal?

I have been using this app for 5 months and found it useful in following areas
1. Medical checkups (blood test) was very quick and efficient.
2. Remote consultation was useful too
3. Alternative medicine and details are very useful
However, I still struggle with following aspects
1. It can’t provide you immediate medicine like next door pharmacy
2. In spite of their My Care Plan they charges you for packing.
Overall good app to use if you have time and like to use remote consultation.Show lessSSQ1
