Language Support
I recently upgraded the app to version 2.3.9 and from then on, the language is only displayed in Chinese. Can you rectify this issue?jinxy99

The app updated and no longer in English. It’s in Chinese as well as when I attempt to contact support it’s also written in Chinese.3lcat
New upgrade - no English
For some very strange reason the upgraded app disabled the language function and converted the entire app into Chinese. Now, I do not read a word of Chinese so I cannot even change anything under settings. Can the app developers please look into this. It’s very inconvenient.LaMinZ99

Was working great until earlier this week
T6835WIP was working well until about a week ago. Restarted phone, deleted and reinstalled the app, and reset the cam to factory settings. Nothing works. I even tried adding it to the WinBook app (it is a WinBook camera, but only works on your app).z06this
Can not connect if in the same networks
I recently updated from previous version and immediately regretted. The problem is if my camera and iphone are in the same local network at home, I cannot connect to the camera anymore. However It works perfectly if I'm connected to my office network or using data plan.weinzbb

Unreliable
I purchased four VStarCam cameras (two indoor/2 outdoor) and initially was able to install them after downloading the app. The cameras were slow to operate but I appreciated being able to monitor both video and audio. I found that the cameras went offline every few weeks which required me to delete and reinstall them. Now, none of the cameras will come back online even though the app can see that they are plugged in. Tech support says to reset the cameras, but this has proven not to work. Not working with updated app
Since recent update on app can not view camera. Has made the monitoring system useless. I hope this gets fixed.Itsucks big time
