Language Support
I recently upgraded the app to version 2.3.9 and from then on, the language is only displayed in Chinese. Can you rectify this issue?
Language change
The app updated and no longer in English. Itβs in Chinese as well as when I attempt to contact support itβs also written in Chinese.
New upgrade - no English
For some very strange reason the upgraded app disabled the language function and converted the entire app into Chinese. Now, I do not read a word of Chinese so I cannot even change anything under settings. Can the app developers please look into this. Itβs very inconvenient.

Was working great until earlier this week
T6835WIP was working well until about a week ago. Restarted phone, deleted and reinstalled the app, and reset the cam to factory settings. Nothing works. I even tried adding it to the WinBook app (it is a WinBook camera, but only works on your app).
Can not connect if in the same networks
I recently updated from previous version and immediately regretted. The problem is if my camera and iphone are in the same local network at home, I cannot connect to the camera anymore. However It works perfectly if I'm connected to my office network or using data plan.
Good app
It is working very good . If I can download video from ad card that will be perfact.
Unreliable
I purchased four VStarCam cameras (two indoor/2 outdoor) and initially was able to install them after downloading the app. The cameras were slow to operate but I appreciated being able to monitor both video and audio. I found that the cameras went offline every few weeks which required me to delete and reinstall them. Now, none of the cameras will come back online even though the app can see that they are plugged in. Tech support says to reset the cameras, but this has proven not to work. I recommend avoiding this brand.

Not working with updated app
Since recent update on app can not view camera. Has made the monitoring system useless. I hope this gets fixed.
