Amazing App When it Works
I truly love this app, I can set whatever resolution I please, and I love the loop recording and time options. There is one thing wrong however. There are times where this app works flawlessly, and then there are times where it stops recording under a minute into my drive. I got home today to realize that only 56 seconds of my drive home was recorded. The app had frozen while I was driving. My storage wasn't full and I had no other apps open, so I'm not sure why this keeps happening. My phone was not frozen as it was perfectly responsive, but the app itself was not. If this is fixed, I will up my rating to 5 stars and update the review.Show lessJimmy.Z77

Does not loop correctly. iPhone runs out of space. Cannot find configuration settings and no tech support. Also cannot find where files are save - looking to download.Greg Rawson

Disappointed
I had not used the Car Camera app in several months. I opened the app to use it and I got no image. It was like the app was not communicating with the phone's camera. I could not find, in settings, a help nor instructions menu. I sent an email and after two days have not heard back from Car Camera.Sir Hikesalot
Well pleased & have iOS 9
I bought a windshield mount at Walmart and my iPhone and protective case slips easily in and out making it easy to use. Once I figured out that I needed to focus on something outside the car, I got reasonably clear videos rather than just raindrops on the windshield. I have forgotten to press the record button a few times so suggest that an alert of some kind be made for a few moments if the gps senses movement and the record has not been activated. I've learned to make sure the dim red record light is pulsing. I've not seen any instruction manual and am not clear what compression does. Perhaps saves space but I'd like to know if it makes resolution suffer. I find the speed and coordinates accurate. All in all, I'm pleased with it and recommend it.Show lesssbukosky

I have two major issues with this app. Other than that, it is been a great app that I have used for the past several years for my employment.
The new upgrade to ISO 9 has caused me to lose videos that I have recorded. This causes me to lose money both in gas, time, and the money I would've received for the videos from my employer.
The second issue is with the way this app indicates that you have started recording. It is almost impossible to see a dim red light flashing when you were in broad daylight inside your car. I have asked the company numerous times through emails if they could change this issue to something such as a sound that would indicate you have stopped or started recording. I have sent numerous emails to the company but have heard nothing in return from them.
For these two reasons I can only write this three stars.Show lessR J can't win
