Hi Robert, we're sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with the app. Could you please try clearing the app cache, then uninstalling and then reinstalling the app as this may resolve the issue. If it doesn't, please contact us at nq-digital.subs@newsquest.co.uk with your device details and the version of iOS you are running and we will do our best to resolve this for you.
