Great customer service
No complaints here. I arrived in Vietnam from USA 6 months ago. My Vietnamese friends helped me get set up with account, app, and ARM card. The branch near the Tran Hung Dao statue has plenty of quay and English speaking tellers to assist and short waiting times. When I’ve called in with a problem in the middle of the night, I’ve always had prompt, responsive, and courteous services. I use the app primarily for paying rent. I wish more features were available to foreigners. I’m happy I chose Vietcombank.Show lessPete_USN
Unsafe from fb/me ads fraud
Using the bot in the app to chat takes user to a fb/me ads link which can take multiple amounts from your account. An attack within the app! Colleagues experienced this in the recent past. Still happening!Di Hands
