Could not open. Tried several times uninstalled reinstalled twice still not able to open app .

Stopped working several weeks ago. Says it can’t locate the server.
To open it, I have to go to the App Store, open the Journal-News app, and then, click on App Support. Then, it opens. What’s going on?
