  • A mess

This app has misspellings, bad links, maps in other languages. I will not be giving it to my students and would like my dollar back!
  • Aaron

The app will do what I need it to do but there are some links that are misplaced (Balboa in the Cartier file) and many of the pictures are overused. The maps are a nice touch that I'll use in my class
  • Perfect for 3rd grade Explorer Unit

We study Florida explorers in third grade at our school, and I introduce the unit by showing them a painting of Francisco Pizarro attacking King Atahualpa. I found the video and information on Pizarro to be perfect for my third graders! Not so bloody and descriptive as to scare younger children- but detailed enough that they can understand what was accomplished. The short videos are perfect! Each is under two minutes long and has a great narration and incredible pictures. The children are captivated and eager to learn more. Would love for the longer biographies and "in-depth" sections to have more pictures included. I could see this app being used by children in upper elementary grades.
