Dial-a-song revisited
Great app. Not quite as much fun as trying to get through to the old Dial-a-song machine, but a nice way to bring back the concept!

Dial-a-song for the 21st century - A simple, elegant app whose sole purpose is to deliver selections from the rich body of work of They Might Be Giants directly toe your phone, free of charge. Recommended for TMBG vets and those new to the band.

Adorable interface and great music. I just wish it would play continuously like the old TMBG clock radio
Fun little app, looking forward to more!
Great to hear the new songs, sound quality is excellent. The only problem is that each song stops at the end requiring a "pause/play" to continue to the next track. The release notes claim this is fixed but it's still an issue on my 4th Gen iPod.
Hope to see some b-sides, demos, DAS and new rarities pop up on here like on the old Clock Radio!

Dial-A-Phone For My Generation
As a super lame, younger fan of the best band on this planet, I was in diapers when the actual Dial-A-Song was around. So to have some equivalent on my fancy pants phone is incredible! Works perfectly!

Works on iPad even though doesn't show up in a search for iPad apps--had to find it under iPhone apps. Enjoying it!

Probably the best "band" app out there, even if just in terms of visual presentation. A digital dial-a-song and a much more fitting successor than the website ever was.

Beautifully designed and terrifically executed. I think this app would be an ideal way for someone new to the band to get immersed in their consistently great and extensive back catalog of songs. Me, I'm waiting on the deep, deep cuts and new stuff
Excellent for all fans
If you are a new fan to TMBG or a long time listener, you'll love this app. So far, it's a mix of old favorites and brand new songs that show just how well the Johns are getting Older. I never got to experience Dial-A-Song, but this is a fantastic alternative, and I know I can't wait to see what the new song is each day.
