Fantastic device - works well. Can't understand why the company has not updated the software for ios11. Now am stuck using device with old iPad!

Able to pair with my iPhone 6s. Last update was 2013?? Decent date provided but can we please get some type of update.

It is a superb device but with very little guidance as to how to interpret the data.
As an example; my putter loft is 4 degrees. When I look at the readings it shows a positive 4.8 degrees. Does this take into account the actual loft meaning that I am striking with an extra 0.8 degrees of loft or is it 8.8 degrees??

Does not work
The app plainly does not work. It is stuck on main screen. Their support number does not work if calling from canada. Had to multiple emails before a response. Not sure why Apple would sell this product. Giant waste of time.
Can't connect!
Can't connect to the putting app. The Pro app connects fine. I have tried on iPhone 5 and first gen iPad

Not clear whether you need another device or app is in need of some love. LOVE swig app, took 2 minutes out of box and away you go. Looking to do the same here!
