Excellent New Update
I have this app from the day one and this is now one super synth. Problem with all granular synths is they are difficult to control or to get sound you want. But this version is very playable and sounds great. It is obvious that Mr. Alessandro works very hard and I say thank you very much for this update.

One of the best
This app has been around for a long time. It was great when it came out and the devs were always diligent in maintaining it and improving it over the years. They have several excellent apps with consistent interfaces so if you learn how to use one then the others are a snap to learn too. I really think these apps are amongst the best in their class. Any musician who likes to make cool sounds and tunes that are not necessarily the same boring stuff, will live these apps.

Lots of options, intuitive interface, high sound quality, fully midi controllable.
worst interface ever
user guide is inscrutable and UI is so clunky and ugly, just using this for a couple of minutes makes eyes & brains hurt

Confusion
Weird sound effects and other weirdness, app and other graphics are great. I dont even understand how to use it, its complicated.

Bad performance on iPad 2
Was looking forward to using this app as I also have the developers iVCS3 - which is brilliant. However iPulsaret runs badly on my iPad 2, with crackles, glitches, stutters and even a crash - in particular when using the developers own presets via the 'snapshots pad'.
It also glitches when running it at the lowest settings via Audiobus and as another reviewer mentioned sound quality isn't great. I'm struggling to create anything sounding as good as the demo video - maybe due to having to run it on the lowest settings.
Really disappointed with this.
