You can’t back up your photos
I’ve been using this app for nearly 3 years now and I have to admit it works really well.
However it has one major floor that the developers don’t seem to want to fix, despite requests.
It’s not possible to bulk backup your photos.
The website and the app collate the photos into albums of the day and it’s only possible to bulk backup an album at a time.
For me that’s 300+ albums!
This service should have the ability to bulk backup all photos at the same time. I strongly recommend that you do not use this app.Show lessABakehouse

I am a dad of 3 (three!) of their so called “VIP” babies. Paid $90 every year for many years. I recently tried to back up photos to my local storage and it can only be done one by one in each of the “day” album. There are probably more than 9 years (3 kids total) worth of photos / videos to be backed up. The developer expects me to go through ~365 days X 9 years ONE-BY-ONE to back up? This is ridiculous.
I contacted their support and got a useless reply “Hi, we're sorry it’s not supported to back up all of the photos by just one click now. You can select and back up photos day by day, thanks for your support.”Show lessbruce0126

Dear, we're sorry not satisfy you, as the back up tool will affect the uploading speed of normal users, so the back up tool is removed.Such a fun App!

Needs better functionality
In this day and age , the option to change avatars as far as race , should be an option. I don’t like how I can’t upload my own photos for avatar (mom, dad, grandma). Please update.Yuyi145
Fab app
Its amazing! We have family who live away and they love to see photos off him ( which include his age as a cool feature) to see how he’s developing fab app!!laurenbarrett
Not reliable anymore
This app is not good anymore. It’s super hard to add family members now. You can only use Facebook to add them. It’s super annoying. I had this app for my son and was good. So now that I added my daughter and I pay for the full memories it’s annoying now. Totally went down hill.BMB1185
