WORST app EVER!!!
Whenever I click on my results the app continues to just close. I can never access my stuff, if your app has bugs then please fix it, there’s no point in making an app available for the public to access their results if it doesn’t work 🤷♀️

Very poor app
If I were Lancet I would be ashamed of providing such a bad app. The app doesn’t work and just crashes when trying to retrieve results. If you try support you just hold and hold…. Very poorBlade.Man
Load of rubbish
This app is a load of crap. You download and then cannot authenticate to log in. I have downloaded, deleted, retried, reset the password multiple times. I really cannot understand how you release this to the public!!!! Totally pathetic!!T321321
Impossible to Register
To register, it asks for my ID or MRI# but doesn’t explain what those are or how to find them. Strange app!!!!!Keez12345
Completely useless app
Don’t even bother downloading! This app does not get past the first login.I was able to register but t kept return an error message whenever I tried to login. It is a complete waste of time!JJ007N

I cant get past register as it says there are multiple surnames with my ID. And no solution offered. Perhaps they should check with home affairs! Why launch an App at this level of uselessnessoffnicol
