    No support from the bank, can’t get it resolved so I may have to change banks.
  • Transfer Issues

    The app will not allow me to send or receive money from Zelle. I tried to download the Zelle app and link the bank but doesn’t allow me to because it says my bank is already using Zelle. I deleted the banking app and downloaded it again and set my account up again to see if it would work but the banking app still doesn’t allow me to use the Zelle app.

    Transactions are deemed “pending” for a long time. Then they are not; then they are again. It’s very confusing at times. Posting items could be better. Overall it’s a great tool on the go to be able to check your balance. Thanks!

    Your app asks if if this a personal computer and you say yes to register so we don’t have to do the one time pin. But it does not work.
