No desktop/web interface
as a frequent traveller (20+ trips/year). with complicated schedules on my trips (multi location, hotel, flights, etc), this app is just not practical. there is no easy way to get my itinerary added and when i'm back in hotel with my (windows) computer which is where I prefer to do most of my heavy typing, i'm just out of luck. This app has so many features that are MUCH BETTER suited for laptop/web use. It is really disappointing that there is no desktop/web companion.Very nice glimpse!!
This is an excellent free look at the Trip Rider app. I've been looking at quite a few trip planning etc apps and this by far had the best interface. The developers actually spent time making a tutorial on how to use this app (and the $5 full version)! So many apps rely on you just "figuring it out" it can be very frustrating. They are very clear that this is only going to allow you to use 3 of anything. This is plenty to get an idea of whether the app is what you are looking for. Obviously a lot of thought went into this free version and I was impressed enough to purchase the full version!Difficult to use
Looks pretty, and can do some fancy stuff, but it's difficult to just enter basic information--why would anyone buy the pay version when the free version is buggy?
