  • Misleading Title

The title says this app searches maps. But the details indicate differently. In my opinion that is what makes the title misleading.
  • Outdated

Suckers!!!! If you upgraded to premium just to use this app.
  • Extremely inaccurate - 0 out of 4

My experience from 4 properties searches, 3 of which I currently own:

1st, my primary home. Showed only the quit claim deed between family members in 2008, not the sale or price of the property on 2005. -Perhaps only the most recent transaction is available??? But noooo.

2nd home: Why is only the sale prior to my purchase available??? The home was purchase Jan 2008 I see, but I then purchased the home in Aug of the same year! Where is it??? Doesn't make sense.

3rd property. No results at all for any year. Perhaps because it's a multi-unit??? Don't know! I checked similar apps & it's not listed on them either. However!

4th property that broke the straw camel, or whatever. The Dec 2010 sale for $140 showed, but not the Aug 2013 sale for $213. It's been 7 months. Not very up-to-date How do I know it sold in 2013 for $213??? Because I opened another popular property search app (we all have it) and saw it there! -Jeesch!

It's crazy silly that the 4 properties I search are all incorrect!! Don't believe me? Here is a property address of the 4th one for you to reference: 3327 College St., College Park.

Perhaps after this review is read the record may be updated! Hmmm... I hope so!

Very disappointing as the main reason I upgraded my gsccca acct to $24.95/mo was because of the promise of this app.
