  • Frequency?

    This app is great but it doesn’t clearly explain the frequency required of each survey. Nor does it tell a rep what surveys are still outstanding or incomplete. If one is monthly and one is quarterly, there’s no way for a rep to know which is which or which one has been completed and which is still incomplete.

  • Time stamp accuracy is horrible

    The app itself is a great concept, but now that I just found out that the pictures on every item are the exact same time that you submit a mission is horrible. There is no way to validate your own story of when you did something when they all have the exact same time but in reality, you took them at different times during the shift. If you arrive at a store at 6:15 take a picture at 7:16 end the mission at 9:20, the history tab should have each time stamp, according to each picture. Currently, they always show 9:20, which is very bad and stupid to cover your own tracks. Please fix that soon. In the next update.

  • Trouble with app

    Twice I’ve had trouble with the app. Going to the same location, we had trouble getting the shop to appear, so I could do it. The MSP was never able after many tries to get it to come up on my app.

    I had to use the guidelines & take pictures to send to them for report insertion. Very stressful, as it was after a 1-1/2 hr. drive one way & then the not being sure I was able to accomplish the shop - BOTH TIMES. A 3 hr. trip just in driving with a gas guzzler that could’ve been wasted.

  • Good app

    Great easy to use app, interface is user friendly & everything you do need to find related to your account is easily accessible..the only feedback id like to add is to please try to include an update that optimizes battery usage when using the app..i use a huge chunk battery life within two-three accounts because of this app..if yall could fix that it’d be great.

  • Slow

    The new update caused it to be slow and when I want to input a pic from my camera roll, it either won’t load my pics or takes longer to. Not a fan. Harder to do my job in the time I have.
  • Possible improvements

    While the app is great and has awesome functionality, there are some areas in which I wonder if there could be some improvements.

    In the account survey we have a “check in”section and with in that section we have a
    “Check-in Follow up for next Call” section but it’s like information goes here to die. I would think that There should be some functionality with push notifications or pop up notifications when you return to this account. It should remind you automatically of what was entered in this section on the last visit to this account.

    Hope to see this available in the future.

  • Photos

    Need to be able to access photos already taken on another device from photo library.
  • Spot Check

    Spot check (in my 20+ years of experience opinion ) is a waste of valuable time that could be used stocking shelves and selling in items. Distributors do not make money off of (nice photos) they make money off of sales and stocked shelves. Again this is my opinion in my view which is based upon my 20 years plus experience selling Anheuser-Busch products.

  • Makes my job easier

    The program confirms that all required photos and questions are answered prior to leaving the business. The step-by-step walk-through of each required Objective makes it easy to for fill the required project. Thank you for an easy to use Go Spot Check app.
  • Sales Rep

    This app could be improved quite a bit. Need more control over managing targets, and ability to save only this accounts necessary for your respective franchise. Saving appointments with an integrated calendar would be a highly desirable feature, and be a good start toward minimizing the number of apps needed to manage critical business targets.
