Why can i not access the older vrv systems on this app doesnโt give me the option to go vrv 2 or 3. Please can you sort this as i work on a lot of older systems.
Great tool to have!
I work on VRV III and IV, and to have the error codes explained and slides on how to put them into different modes has been invaluable. Isnโt US friendly as far as measurements (no settings for pounds instead of Kg), but thatโs a minor inconvenience.
Great idea, poor App/System execution
The idea of controlling devices remotely is not new, and it has been done by a number of companies, like Samsung, Belkin, Drayton, to name a few.
The app setup is straight forward, and it takes minutes, however when you try to use the app, I don't think Daikin thought of the customer or the experience one has to go to, to navigate and find how to control the air-con. The "out-of-home" concept is just outdated and most of the time does not work! I have spent hours, yes hours trying to solve how to remotely connect with my system, even the tech support does NOT know how to solve the issue.
DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY ON THE DAIKIN AIRCON IF YOU WANT TO CONNECT REMOTELY TO IT, FIND ANOTHER MAKE!!!!

Great .... But!
As usual excellent app however this update has a glitch , since update VRVII emergency comp settings crashes app. (iPhone 5s) still recommend to all AC engineers though as I expect glitches will get fixed. 5 star when fixed.

This is a very well thought out app I hope it keeps updating with more settings and units as I would hate to see it left (like some other a/c apps) well done Daikin hopefully other manufacturers will follow suit.
