Since upgrading to ios8, all Print and How subscriptions stop working. Previous purchases revert to a cloud icon and have an error message when you try to re-download. "Restore all purchases" doesn't work. Deleting the app, re-installing works for one issue once. However, once you close and re-open the app, all purchases again disappear and get an error message when attempting to re-download. Contacted customer support through e-mail but received no reply. At least post a message that you're working on a fix so customers don't get too worried.
