Have had this app with updates for a few months on iPad3.
You have to guide your business jet or single-aisle airliner from about 1,000ft to a touchdown using a synthetic flight guidance system. Sometimes you can see the runway, or if the weathers bad, you may only see it for the last part of the flight. Scores are awarded according to accuracy of the flight, distance from the R/W centre-line and passenger satisfaction. This is great for a free app and if you get it, I'm confident you'll be challenged and it will increase your heart rate. This will appeal to both pilots and sim pilots alike. A simulator, it ain't. There's no flying around, flaps to set, gear to extend, or brakes to apply. Just follow the approach path with a good glide slope and try to cream a touchdown in the zone and on the centre line...... if you're good enough!

As a game, challenging. Graphics good. I only fly 2 seat VFR so not sure how realistic for big jets, but it feels like it might be right.
