  • Good app, could use a couple improvements!

    It’s been a pretty great app! The only thing I wish is it offered a push notification when you receive a deposit on your account. Or gave you the option to alert when you get down to a certain balance.

    This app does most of what I want. One thing I don’t understand, if I want to transfer funds to an external account, why does this take a couple of days?

    Hi WestPointCard, transfers to an external account take a couple of days due to the way that ACH transactions are processed. We send your funds to the ACH "clearing house" each day (at 4pm). Usually, the funds are available for the external institution to download on their processing schedule the next business day. In the US banking system, ACH transactions are only processed on business days (M-F, non-holidays). Hope this information helps. Thanks for the feedback!

    I don’t suggest this app at all! Freezes up to blank page after signing in & that’s if it lets you sign in! I use the same password of course & sometimes it accepts it but most times it doesn’t & when it does accept it the page goes blank!! Junk app!!! Users beware!

    This app is only doing a quick view when I sign in with Face ID I can’t make payments on my account and it’s not really fair I don’t have time to call or run to the bank at this time of the year.
  • Fix mobile deposit!

    Have not been able to get mobile deposit to work since the update. I have followed instructions given in app for pictures. Check is flat, auto flash it turned off, check is within frame and placed on a dark, non-reflective surface, however I KEEP getting image quality error. I’ve tried numerous times. The images are perfectly visible. It just doesn’t work.
