Great new version of Pitfall although I do still wish the version of pitfall was still available.
A few tips about the game and things to add
So I’ve got a good tip about it:1. Use the blossom girl (I forgot her name sorry)and use the map that you first use when you start the game.2. To skip the score just tap the arrow and restart your game. So I need you to change some things.1. Please put a timer for 10s when you fall or smack your face when you die because it just gets annoying but other than that the game is my favourite TR (Temple Run) but can you update TR1 please.

MY CHILDHOOD RAISED ME ISTG
Temple run 1 is the og I love it so much I played it all the time as a kid and it was my favourite game until I deleted it or something and I got a phone. I forgot about it and forgot the name but then my friend reminded me about it and memories came back. I love you temple run!!!! My favourite game when I was a kid man. Brings back so much nostalgia anyway I just wanna go play temple run. Oh and also the people giving it one star or two are disgraceful and had no childhood anything below 5 stars is honestly ridiculous like what did you expect its a game where you swipe up and down or left and right with obstacles. Its a kids game, what did you expect grow up. 😘😘

Disappointed with the scam site
I love this game but I’m supremely disappointed with the latest revenue generator scheme. I buy most of the extras for this game between maps and characters and perks. But Imangi just brought back one of their best maps, Haunted Harvest, and locked it behind a scam website that forces you to sign up for special offers that you don’t want. Then after you complete an offer, they don’t unlock Haunted Harvest. So you do another offer thinking something went wrong with the first one. You complete that and they still don’t unlock Haunted Harvest. I completed two offers on that scam website and never got the map unlocked. When I emailed Imangi support, they just told me to talk to the scam website “support”. Imangi needs to allow those of us willing to pay for the map the opportunity to just buy it directly without selling our privacy to scammers with a vague promise that you might get lucky and unlock the map. Very disappointed in Imangi with this move and I will definitely think twice before purchasing anything else from them if this behavior doesn’t change.

Ads between runs (weight loss ads)
I’ve played this game for almost 10 years from memory so it’s come as a shock to me to see so many weight loss ads on this app I find it quite concerning considering that kids play this game, it’s a free game so there’s going to be ads thats a given but weight loss it’s dangerous and sets unhealthy/unrealistic ideas not to mention half of these “weight loss” miracles are scams. Maybe I was oblivious as a kid but I swear there were not weight loss ads back then the only ads I saw were from other games
This game needs more ad moderation because it feels like there just throwing ads at the game to see what sticks its disappointing really So be careful when playing this game as it might/will trigger some people

This Game Is Great!
I’ve been playing Temple Run (one and two) since I was in first grade and I’ve gotta say, this improved a lot from the first one. The animations are better, there’s more characters and maps. The first one always started off fast in my opinion and from my understanding the speed gets progressively faster. But for this one it starts off slow and goes faster like it should. There’s just a couple things that I want to point out. People have told me that the characters are pricey IF you don’t have a lot of coins, but the maps are the pricey ones. I think there’s just 4 or 5 maps that you can play for free and I know that they do have some free worlds for events and holidays like the enchanted palace, lost jungle, and winter toy land which is currently free for me for some reason. It just gets boring over time. And I don’t like the way that you have to tilt the device just to go to the sides. But I do like that you can play with no internet which means no ads but I can’t say the same for other games. But overall this is one of my favorite games. You should really download it!

Stop repeatingly perstering me to voluntarily watch lame ads for lame “Perks”. I paid for the bleeding program so that it would be ad free!!! I am sick of this. Updated: Vendor’s response shows they did not read my review carefully. I DID PAY FOR THE APP SO THAT IT WOULD BE COMPLETELY AD FREE, WHICH IT IS NOT!!!

EDIT: Fixed some bugs ty but still ugly
Literally looks like they used google clip art in places, stuff is cropped and placed so bad. The home screen is super cluttered, at least remove the upgrades button once we've maxed out all the upgrades or let us collapse all the buttons. Also the runner button is too big and clunky and the neon blue play button is completely unneeded, it's cooler to tap the idol. The game doesn't fill the screen on the iPhone 13. I hate the new chest animation, I liked how the old one did one at a time. The forced pause after a chest is opened, an artifact reward is collected, or a run is ended is really annoying. I don't like the new icons or fonts at all, it clashes so much, especially the notifications on the artifacts page for uncollected rewards, what generic word doc font even is that??
Please let us wrap around on the character select page so I can scroll through all my characters without having to scroll backwards to get to where I started.
Scarlet fox time thief and astrid whatever her third costume is aren't loading at all, I can't see them or how to unlock them.
EDIT: We can change coin skins now and the game is no longer lagging, so the running part itself is now fine even though the UI remains ugly. I like the pets, totems, and new maps though. Also the grid selection screen for pets and hats is greatly appreciated.
