  • Perfect!!!

I’ve searched everywhere for an app that I could implement my own routine into. This gives me the ability to be versatile with my options that I choose to incorporate into my workouts, while keeping up with my progress. Not over complex, easy to jump in and out of between sets. I hope this app stays up and running forever! Love it!

  • Just What I wanted

I have been looking for a gym tracker app for a long time! I had used excel spreadsheets and a ton of other apps. Every app I found was just designed to track set workouts and routines that were programed in already. I couldnt customize workouts. I wanted to program my own routines and workouts in to an app so I could keep track of them in an organized place and access them quickly on the way to the gym. I wanted to track my weight and reps for exercises. I wanted to be able to look at my weight and reps from the last time I did the exercise so I could quickly set my weights up for that day and also track my strength progress. This app does all that and more. It even lets me temporarily modify workouts on the fly to work around a crowded gym or lack of equipment. Anything I ever found that had any features like this was either super expensive, or required a subscription.

  • Excellent

Easy to use add workouts and edit valuable work out tool
  • The Perfect WO App!

Love the simplicity of this app! I’ve tried several other fitness apps in the past but most have had features that seem nice at first but end up getting in the way. This app lets me easily track personal records without taking away time from my training!
  • Great app

    Perfect doe my workouts
  • Pretty good

I’ve been using this app off and on for the past 2 years. I find myself using numbers more often however the interface of this app is easy and appealing. Why I’ve rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is for a few reasons off the top of head:

    - you can’t add super sets or anything like that (however there are ways around that by adding a blank workout just titled super set)
    - if you’ve added sets, reps, rest or any other notes for the workout depending on how much it’ll just say “(insert message)...” not literally but I hope you understand. Anyways there’s no way to view the rest of the note after you’re done editing so now you have rewrite the note and short hand the eff out of it. Very annoying.
    - to piggy back off the last flaw is you can’t effectively track on notes you’ve added to workouts such as, “I couldn’t complete the rest of the workout due to tightness in my lower back...” etc.

Maybe I’m being petty but these are the most common issues I run into while dealing with this app and are the primary reasons why I just make my own spreadsheet. If you are looking for essentials and simplicity then this is worth it but if you’re into more advanced forms of working out/documenting then don’t waste your time until they add such features.

  • Def get this app

In fact I’d say download 5 apps compare them. You will def say this one is by far the best. Most apps will want a monthly fee or $49 a year or $99 for it all unlocked.
I came back to this app and felt it’s the easiest to use. It comes with a few routines and exercises to choose from. You can also create your own like LF (life fitness) Cab (cable)Tri PD (tricep pushdowns) and store it.
I use this app to create and record my own routine. You can store your vitals like weight and body fat and chart it. You can see your workout progress as well as see what you did last time while you are currently working out and work on improving on it.
So far so good 5 stars
For food/diet recording I use MyFitnessPal app. If you just want an app for macros try Fitocracy.
    Hope this all helps

  • Everything I was looking for

All I really wanted was a glorified excel spreadsheet and this was so much more and very much worth it.
This will allow you to track your exercises, your weight, reps, sets, track it all. It will show you graph of your gains over time. It’s got a timer you can set between sets.

I’m very happy with this app

  • This is it!

I was using another app and they went to a monthly/annual subscription. As a result, I’ve been searching for an app that excels at the core of what I need. Something to track exercises, allows for custom entries, provides feedback on duration and progress and is easy to use while working out. That’s all here!
I’ve been in the gym since I was a teenager. At almost 50, I don’t need to pay for a description of how to do a bench press. This app is the best I’ve found.

  • Has genuinely helped improve my fitness

I’d spent several years in the gym improvising my workouts. Having a program is better as it prevents you subconsciously choosing less challenging workouts. This app tracks previous performance so you can see how much fitter / stronger you have become, with latest and personal best record data easy to see.

The developers are also very responsive to questions - good on em.
