REALY BAD 👎🏻

You can’t choose from softener albums, I selected 10 photos and it took 25 minutes to download a microwave could do better. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME :)

why is it charging me now?

don’t know why but suddenly it’s charging me $13 to download this app when i’ve had it previously and it’s never cost me anything. i then also have to pay for the photos? and it’s slow to use and takes forever to connect to the machines

Really disappointing

Such a waste of time. Bad signal, it’s slow, after multiple attempts the machine still fails to receive my photo files. I’ve tried several times on different occasions, thinking that perhaps the problem was with my phone. It’s not.

Infuriating as hell

Don’t bother. Absolute joke of an app.

Really bad connection

I’ve spent an hour sitting in front of the machine and tried 5 times to send photos to print, still DID NOT WORK!
It doesn’t let your choose from different album, so I have to scroll down to the very end of my album to find the photo I wanted. Then it says times out!
Will never ever use this again!
I’d rather print it at home!!!!

Unusable

Absolutely terrible.
In desperate need of work from the developers.

Better off not providing this to customers to use at their retailers.

Cannot stop payments

I have tried to stop payments in this as I don’t use it. I still keep getting charged. It is made very difficult for people to delete payment. I feel this is a bit of a scam as you cannot get out of payments even if you don’t use it. NOT HAPPY

Won’t work

Doesn’t load and the guys at the store knew it wouldn’t. What’s the point?

Terrible

I rarely write reviews, but this TransPix app and the Fujifilm machines at Big W are terrible. Cumbersome, slow, poor interface, unreliable. Just spent a decent amount of time trying to transfer photos and it keeps telling me to enable permissions for access. It is enabled. Restarted phone. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Doesn’t solve the issue. Tried plugging in the USB cable instead (extremely slow and unfriendly interface) Every time I try to use TransPix or Fujifilm machines, I leave with my time wasted, no photos, and a sour taste in my mouth.

Having an app is great, but usability shocking

While being able to print form your phone is a great advancement, you need to be able to select from a specific album in your photos. The machine o lay allows you to select form your all photos section which is extremely frustrating as most people’s camera rolls have more pictures than they would want printed. Also there is a bug where the system often makes some countries 0 quantity and some 1 when you select all, so when you submit you often only get half of what you selected to print and have to go through the drawn out process of selecting pictures again and trying to work out which have printed and which haven’t. Really not worth the effort of having this functionality of printing form a phone when it is this time consuming and frustrating to use. Update the functionality or just get rid of it.
