    Why my apps whenever i try to log in, its says “multiple log in” ?
  • Bad UI & UX

    The application itself has a very good flow and still able to do necessary task. The design of the application has very poor user interface. You can do much more on the website provided you have token. I wish BIBD are able to improve more in the future update or seek for a better user interface designer.

    outdated GUI, make it more modern and better user friendly, easy access throughout the menu and more appealing. And the most annoying for me is the screen size for iphone since iphone x..
  • Fingerprint

    Overall it's good except that it takes longer than it should be. Also, if you use the biometric fingerprint thing, it doesn't work sometimes, it's frustrating if you're in a rush etc. BIBD, Please fix this.
  • Biometric issue

    This app always have issue with its biometric login, it was problematic with iPhone with Touch ID and recently upgraded to Face ID same issue. Reading through the review will tell you the same issue, it seems all the user complaint about this app falls on deaf ear on the bank/developer.
  • Way behind its competitor

    BIBD app was used to be the de facto standards for all Bruneian in terms of mobility banking. However, they becoming laidback so much that their apps becoming ancient, and other banks has released a more powerful responsive, exceeding the expectation.

    The loading icon is annoying. Quickpay is slow and too many clicky2 process. The app not even optimized for new iPhone design. Wake up and do your job.

  • Lagg logging in

    It can’t be my wifi or my credit, i could load other apps and safari quickly. i sometimes encounter loading problems with bibd app. Its frustrating when i need to check it quickly. Updating the app doesnt help
  • INCORRECT LOGIN

    Im using face id (iphone 11) as biometric. After successful attempt of face id, there’s a loading screen and one moment later is says "incorrect login". Please have a look on this.

  • Starting to lag badly

    I love the app as it fulfills my online banking. Unfortunately in this past few month the apps starts to slowdown, almost regular timeouts, slow login then fail, slow quickpay process and more issue related to the slow apps. Hope this can be resolve soon.
