Will not download new issues
Got one issue at time of purchase but will not download new issue. Followed help instructions. Reset credentials, delete, reload. Now have no issues! Subscription definitely current, expires 2023.
Waste of Monies and Time
I bought in good faith the October issue at £2.99. Decided to take out a subscription for a year starting November 2021 £9.99 for a year. First subscription issue November/December 2021 issue, then January 2022 issue. It’s now February and no further issues. In app help refer to Apple. Apple refer back to in app help.

My FGY Fashion Magazines Locked!
Multiple problems with this new app. Not sure why. They were downloaded and available as part of my subscription prior to the update.
I restored about 80% of the magazines. However, I cannot read any of them offline. The Fashion editions of Women and Home that were part of this subscription are now locked. As a test, I purchased one for $4.99, it unlocked. It will not download.
I have sent five emails requesting assistance. No response. I contacted Apple and they cannot help me.
