Broke my watch
My watch is now stuck on system update. Furious.282!;!'sksinw sbsb
WARNING
Do Not cary out a system update as it will fail and render the "Ssmart" watch useless. I have version RA900 and it literally fried the watch. All I have on the screen is a system update request. No other functionality. The app will inform you there is a new version of software, however, do not synchronise your watch. The issue seems linked to the version iOS 9.2.1 or higher.
Customer services are aware of the problem and are waiting for the release of the new update for the app. But looking at the reviews, I guess we are in for a long wait... Oregon, time to hurry and improve the Scientific bit!Show lessVanaken2009

It keep stopping during update saying new firmware available check info and, firmware available but not updating. My 2 watches are bricked now. Once you press update and failed, you can't get back. Both my watches are now stuck on "start system update". Oh yeah I tried take the battery out and wait for 5 second fix. I left the battery out overnight and found my self back in a same place. I hope you guys will fix the app soon like upgrade firmware automatically when connected.Show lessYeses guy
Broken app! Frustrating.
The "shop" function reads "coming soon". The manual instructs this step is required to even operate the phone app and watch sync. This is frustrating. How soon will the shop function be coming?youcantBSaBS
Weak App
Graphs are not good. The activity monitor only shows daily totals so there is no you way know what time of the day you are least active or most active. I changed my units of measure to imperial but it still graphs in metric. Running mode only recorded max heart rate and average it doesn't graph heart rates or treads. Workout sensor did not sense my reps so I stopped using it. There is no third party training app support, so if you use other applications or websites to track your training you cannot export any data from your phone/watch to them. The watch is loaded with sensors and data I just wish their software could utilize it or they should allow us to share it with apps that can. Good update
The new update brings a timer (oddly called stopwatch) and bug fixes to the activity monitor! now the activity money actually tracks when I am walking rather than an arbitrary amount that I could not figure out.
Now if only they can add more than three profiles and an actual stopwatch...fubeb
