  • confusing to use with flex plan

    I purchased a flex plan, but there is no way to use it on this app. I have to go to a separate website, and even there it is unclear how to turn the vouchers into tickets that show up in the app (or elsewhere). There is no contact information in the app, no chat or email to contact someone. not sure what the point of having the app is if you can’t easily access and exchange my flex plan vouchers? deleting.

    I love this app soo much!! I was able to keep up with all the sports with just a tap of a finger. I have been sharing it with all of my friends and so far they love it. Highly recommend!!
