Description of Innovo Signature Touch

Innovo’s Signature Touch allows you to capture signatures electronically at any location and attach them to the customer’s invoice. Using an iPad, you can capture signatures wherever your customer is – at your counter, contractor drive-thru, or on your delivery routes! Signature Touch captures and updates signatures real-time to the invoice in your ERP system, providing a valid electronic signature and creating a permanent electronic record that can withstand a legal challenge. Our newest feature, Truck mode, allows your delivery drivers to capture signatures on their routes in online or offline modes, easily manage invoice collection, and provide an exceptional end-to-end delivery experience. Signature Touch will shorten your collection time and increase your cash flow, as customers will see their signature on every invoice. It will also increase productivity, as every signature is instantly accessible, so no more wasted time pulling the hard copy receipt. Please Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
