Can’t even start
Downloaded app, not allowed to create account from app…went to website on desktop, called support line, got voicemail. Now I should know well enough, from the very fact that I’m calling the support line before I ever even have access to the product, that I should just move on.Developer Response

I have been a happy customer for over 15 years. They are fast efficient and accurate.
Of course there have been rare glitches but customer service is readily available, patient and courteous.
I wish all medical admin support was this smooth. Easy peasy!!Works for me!
Never had a problem with this app. Company is extremely responsive and customer friendly.
